You got it right :) No info on this performance. There are a few other English songs by Rafi too :)
Try do the reverse on "choli ke peeche kya hain"
Besides this there is one more song in English by Rafi Sahab - the English version of BAHARON PHOOL BARSAO (Suraj). There is also a Spanish song, a Konkani Song, besides scores of songs in other Indian languages.
